These beads are produced through a controlled process that combines 80% silica (SiO2) with 20% resin, resulting in a synthetic gem with the visual allure of natural opal but with enhanced durability and consistency. The beads feature a 6 & 10mm diameter, with a specific gravity of 1.89, hardness of 4 on the Mohs scale, and heat resistance up to 130°C.
