VALIDITY of Sales Agreement, Product and Pricing Information
- These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Web Store.
- The prices of products sold in the Web Store are indicated next to the products.
- In addition to the price, a fee for the delivery of the goods will be added.
- The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method.
- The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer in checkout when placing the order. Information about the products is provided directly next to the products in the Web Store.

- To order the products, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart.
- To place an order, the required contact data fields must be filled out (required by the shipping company – I will not use this information for anything else), and a suitable delivery method for the products must be selected.
- Then, the screen will display the amount to be paid, which can be paid via online banking like Credit Cards, PayPal and others.
- After pressing “Place Order” or alternatively named button at the bottom of the Checkout page (text varies depending on payment method), you’ll be taken to the Order Confirmation Page and receive an email confirmation. If you don’t see this page or get the confirmation on your e-mail, your payment might not have processed. Please contact silvi@oathfeed.com for assistance.
- The agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the amount payable to the Web Store’s bank account.
- If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to product depletion or other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will generally be refunded within 1-2 business days.
- Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days.

- Oathfeed.com ships globally, worldwide from Estonia/Europe.
- The shipping options become available at checkout, and the fee is paid by the customer. Free Shipping kicks in for orders in the 300€ range.
- The processing of the order may take up to 3 working days. To ensure gentle delivery, the products will be packaged in bubble envelopes or the smallest possible boxes.
- Parcels within Estonia will generally deliver to the designated machine in 3-7 working days from completing the purchase. Currently, using the DPD will have the shortest processing time on the shop’s end; Moving to Omniva, Smartpost or other parcel machines adds ~2 days of processing. For technical reasons – please leave note which package machine you want to pick up the parcel from.
- Global Shipping: “Standard” includes a tracking code that I will send on your e-mail.

Return Policy & Right of withdrawal
- After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
- To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as it would be allowed to test the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Web Store has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
- To return the goods, a written statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods should be submitted in a free format to the email address silvi@oathfeed.com within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
- The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier during the aforementioned period.
- The Web Store will refund the buyer not later than 14 days after receiving the buyer’s withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
- The Web Store may refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Right to Submit a Complaint
- The Web Store is liable for non-compliance or defects in the goods sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the buyer.
- Within the first year of delivering the goods to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the obligation of the Web Store to rebut the presumption.
- The buyer has the right to contact the Web Store within two months of the discovery of a defect by sending an email to silvi@oathfeed.com or calling +37256948481.
- The Web Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after delivering the goods to the buyer as a result of the buyer’s actions or omissions (e.g., misuse, accident) or normal wear and tear resulting from the normal use of the goods.
- If the goods purchased from the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective goods.
- If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
- The Web Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

- If the buyer and the Web Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee.

- The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Web Store.
- The review of the buyer’s complaint in the committee is free of charge.

Müügilepingu kehtivus, kauba- ja hinnainfo
- Müügitingimused kehtivad Veebipoest kaupade ostmisel.
- Veebipoes müüdavate toodete hinnad on märgitud toodete juurde. Hinnale lisandub tasu kauba kättetoimetamise eest.
- Kauba kättetoimetamise tasu sõltub ostja asukohast ning kättetoimetamise viisist.
- Kättetoimetamise tasu kuvatakse ostjale tellimuse vormistamisel.
- Teave kauba kohta on esitatud Veebipoes vahetult kauba juures.

- Kauba tellimiseks tuleb lisada soovitud tooted ostukorvi.
- Tellimuse vormistamiseks tuleb täita nõutud andmeväljad ning valida sobiv toodete kohaletoimetamise viis.
- Seejärel kuvatakse ekraanile tasu suurus, mille saab tasuda pangalingi kaudu või muu makselahenduse abil.
- Makse õnnestumisel suunatakse teid tellimuse kinnitusele viitavale lehele ning saadetakse kinnitus ka teie e-mailile. Kui kinnitust ei tule kummalgi kujul, pole makse mingil põhjul õnnestunud. Pretensioonide korral või abi saamiseks kirjutada silvi@oathfeed.com
- Leping jõustub alates tasumisele kuuluva summa laekumisest Veebipoe arvelduskontole, kuid töötlemisega hakatakse tegelema esimesel võimalusel peale tellimuse teavituse saabumist.
- Kui tellitud kaupa ei ole võimalik tarnida seoses kauba lõppemisega või muul põhjusel, teavitatakse sellest ostjat esimesel võimalusel ning tagastatakse tasutud raha (sh kauba kättetoimetamise kulud) üldjuhul 1-2 tööpäeva jooksul.
- Sõltuvalt makseviisist võib laekumine aega võtta kuni 7 tööpäeva.

- Kauba saatmiskulud kannab ostja ning vastav hinnainfo on kuvatud saatmisviisi juures.
- Müüa kasutab Eesti Posti aka Omniva teenuseid, et saata pakke välismaale.
- Tellimuse töötlemine võib võtta kuni 3 tööpäeva.
- Eestisisesed saadetised jõuavad üldjuhul ostja määratud sihtpunkti 3-7 tööpäeva jooksul alates müügilepingu jõustumist. Hetkeseisuga on DPD postiautomaati kasutades kõige kiirem töötlusaeg; Omniva, Smartposti või teistesse masinatesse postitamine lisab postitöötlusele kuni 2 tööpäeva.
- Euroopa piires toimub kohaletoimetamine 14 kalendripäeva jooksul. Kaugemale, sh USA ja Aasia riigid peavad arvestama 30 kalendripäevaga.
- Standard pakiga edastan ka jälgimiskoodi.

- Pärast tellimuse kättesaamist on ostjal õigus e-poes sõlmitud lepingust taganeda 14 päeva jooksul. Taganemisõigus ei kohaldu, kui ostjaks on juriidiline isik.
- 14-päevase tagastamisõiguse kasutamiseks ei tohi tellitud kaupa kasutada muul viisil kui on vajalik kauba olemuses, omadustes ja toimimises veendumiseks viisil nagu see on lubatud kauba testimiseks füüsilises poes. Kui kaupa on kasutatud muuks otstarbeks kui on vajalik kauba olemuses, omadustes ja toimimises veendumiseks või sellel on kasutamise või kulumise märke, on Veebipoel õigus alandada tagastatavat tasu vastavalt kauba väärtuse vähenemisele.
- Kauba tagastamiseks tuleb esitada kauba ostmisest taganemise avaldus vabas vormis aadressile silvi@oathfeed.com hiljemalt 14 päeva jooksul kauba kättesaamisest.
- Kauba tagastamise kulud kannab ostja, välja arvatud juhul, kui tagastamise põhjus seisneb asjaolus, et tagastamisele kuuluv asi ei vasta tellitule (nt vale või defektiga asi).
- Ostja peab kauba tagastama avalduse esitamisele järgneva 14 päeva jooksul või esitama tõendi, et ta on eelnimetatud perioodi jooksul kauba üle andnud kauba vedajale.
- Veebipood tagastab tagastatava kauba kättesaamisel ostjale mitte hiljem kui 14 päeva möödumisel arvates taganemisavalduse saamisest, kõik ostjalt lepingu alusel saadud tasud.
- Veebipood võib keelduda tagasimaksete tegemisest seni, kuni on lepingu esemeks oleva asja tagasi saanud või kuni ostja on esitanud tõendid, et on asja tagasi saatnud, sõltuvalt sellest, kumb toimub varem.
Pretensiooni esitamise õigus
- Veebipood vastutab ostjale müüdud kauba lepingutingimustele mittevastavuse või puuduse eest, mis oli olemas juba asja üleandmise hetkel ning mis ilmneb kuni kahe aasta jooksul, alates kauba üleandmisest ostjale.
- Sellest esimese aasta jooksul asja üleandmisest ostjale eeldatakse, et puudus oli olemas juba asja üleandmise ajal.
- Vastava eelduse ümberlükkamine on Veebipoe kohustus.
- Ostjal on õigus puuduse ilmnemisel pöörduda hiljemalt kahe kuu jooksul veebipoe poole, saates e-kirja aadressile silvi@oathfeed.com või helistada telefonil: +37256948481.
- Veebipood ei vastuta puuduste eest, mis on tekkinud pärast kauba üleandmist tarbija tegevuse või tegevusetuse tõttu (vale kasutusviis, õnnetusjuhtum vms) või kui tegemist on asja tavapärasest kasutamisest tingitud normaalse kulumisega.
- Kui Veebipoest ostetud kaubal on puudused, mille eest Veebipood vastutab, parandab või asendab Veebipood puudusega kauba.
- Kui kaupa ei ole võimalik parandada ega asendada, tagastab Veebipood ostjale kõik müügilepinguga kaasnenud tasud.
- Veebipood vastab tarbija esitatud kaebusele kirjalikult või kirjalikku taasesitamist võimaldavas vormis 15 päeva jooksul.
Vaidluste lahendamine

- Kui ostja ja Veebipood ei suuda lahenda vaidlust kokkuleppe teel, siis on ostjal võimalik pöörduda Tarbijavaidluste komisjoni poole.

- Tarbijavaidluste komisjoni pädevuses on lahendada ostja ja Veebipoe vahel sõlmitud lepingust tulenevaid vaidlusi.
- Ostja kaebuse läbivaatamine komisjonis on tasuta.
