Web Store Oathfeed Accessory Cabinet (hereinafter referred to as the "Web Store") is owned by OÜ Oathfeed (registration code 16710258), located at Käärdi 4, Võiste, Häädemeeste Vald, Estonia.

Validity of Sales Agreement, Product, and Pricing Information

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Web Store. The prices of products sold in the Web Store are indicated next to the products. In addition to the price, a fee for the delivery of the goods will be added. The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the products is provided directly next to the products in the Web Store.

Ordering Process

To order the products, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart. To place an order, the required data fields must be filled out, and a suitable delivery method for the products must be selected. Then, the screen will display the amount to be paid, which can be paid via online banking or other payment methods. The agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the amount payable to the Web Store's bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to product depletion or other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will generally be refunded within 1-2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days.

The processing of the order may take up to 3 working days, because I live away from post offices and parcel machines, and can't visit them any day - I ship packages approximately twice per week - on Mondays and Thursdays.
Parcels within Estonia will generally deliver to the designated machine in 3-7 working days from completing the purchase.
Within EU, delivery takes 14 days. More distant locations, including USA and Asian countries, account for 30 days.
The standard parcel includes a tracking code.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as it would be allowed to test the goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Web Store has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods. To return the goods, a written statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods should be submitted in a free format to the email address silvi@oathfeed.com within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier during the aforementioned period. The Web Store will refund the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receiving the buyer's withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer under the contract. The Web Store may refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Web Store, the Web Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the usual delivery method. The Web Store has the right to withdraw from the sale of goods and demand that the goods be returned by the buyer if the price of the goods in the Web Store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.

Right to Submit a Complaint

The Web Store is liable for non-compliance or defects in the goods sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which occur within two years of delivering the goods to the buyer. Within the first year of delivering the goods to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the obligation of the Web Store to rebut the presumption. The buyer has the right to contact the Web Store within two months of the discovery of a defect by sending an email to silvi@oathfeed.com or calling +37256948481. The Web Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after delivering the goods to the buyer as a result of the buyer's actions or omissions (e.g., misuse, accident) or normal wear and tear resulting from the normal use of the goods. If the goods purchased from the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer. The Web Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

If the buyer and the Web Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The review of the buyer's complaint in the committee is free of charge.
