Theme: The Birkenland Currents
The Electric Universe Theory suggests that Birkenland Currents are key to understanding the cosmos’s electrical nature. These currents, named after Kristian Birkeland, flow through vast, twisted filaments in space. They connect celestial bodies, transmitting energy across immense distances. From this perspective, Birkenland Currents drive several astronomical phenomena:
Auroras
When solar wind particles enter Earth’s atmosphere, they create auroras. However, these are not solely magnetic events; the Earth acts as a cathode, and auroras result from electrical discharge.
Galactic Structure
Birkeland Currents might shape galaxies’ spiral arms, differing from gravitational models by suggesting these currents channel energy, thus influencing star formation along these arms.
Star Formation and Behavior
Stars could form through electrical discharge in these currents. Their behavior, like brightness changes, might be due to their participation in an interconnected electrical network.
The Lifeblood of Cosmos

Trochus beads, made from the Trochus shell, are prized for their creamy white to light pink hues with a natural iridescence. These shells come from the Trochus niloticus snail, predominantly found in the Indo-Pacific region, including countries like Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Etymology
“Trochus” refers to the genus of marine snails from which the shells are sourced. These beads might also be called: Mother of Pearl Beads when referring to the nacre layer used in beads. Trochus Shell Beads.

Paua shell, derived from the abalone mollusk native to New Zealand, is renowned for its vibrant, iridescent colors ranging from deep blues and greens to purples and pinks. Each piece of Paua shell jewelry is unique, showcasing nature’s artistry through its nacreous layers. Paua shell is sustainably sourced from the coastal waters of New Zealand, and there aren’t lab-grown counterparts since its beauty is a product of natural growth.

“Paua” comes from the Maori language, where it means “abalone.” It might also be known as: New Zealand Abalone, Abalone Shell in a broader context.

Stainless Steel | 18k PVD Gold Finish
Material Composition: The base material of these earrings includes high-grade stainless steel, commonly types 304 or 316L, known for excellent corrosion resistance and hypoallergenic qualities. Over this, an 18k Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) gold finish is applied, giving the appearance of real gold while enhancing durability.
Manufacturing Process:
- Material Selection: Opt for high-quality stainless steel for the base, which ensures longevity and resistance to tarnishing.
- PVD Coating Preparation: The stainless steel is cleaned and prepared for the PVD process to ensure adhesion of the gold layer.
- PVD Application: Gold atoms are vaporized in a vacuum chamber and deposited onto the steel in a process that bonds the gold at an atomic level, creating a hard, durable gold coating.
- Cutting & Shaping: After coating, the steel is cut and shaped into the desired forms, like fish/french hooks for earrings.
- Polishing & Finishing: The gold-coated steel is polished to enhance the finish’s luster and smoothness.
- Quality Control: Each piece is checked for uniformity of the gold layer, adherence to jewelry standards, and overall integrity.
Why They Don’t Oxidize
The stainless steel base forms a protective chromium oxide layer which prevents rust. The PVD gold coating adds another layer of protection, making the jewelry highly resistant to oxidation, even in humid or salty environments.
Magnetic Properties
Similar to plain stainless steel, the 18k PVD gold finish does not alter the magnetic properties significantly. The stainless steel might still have slight magnetic qualities based on its composition or processing, but this is not affected by the PVD layer.
Hypoallergenic Assurance
The gold PVD coating further seals the nickel content within the stainless steel, reducing the likelihood of skin reactions. This combination ensures that the earrings are suitable for those with sensitive skin or allergies to base metals.

- Hypoallergenic Stainless Steel: Stainless steel is very durable and resistant to tarnishing. It requires minimal maintenance and will retain its shine even with regular wear.
